Dear Dance Lovers and Ballet4lifers,

I am pleased to share the news that our 2nd "Loyal Variety Performance" held on 27.09.19 at POSK in Hammersmith, London was a resounding triumph! We raised, with the help of all artists, assistants, benefactors, volunteers, trustees, over £3,000 for our charity Move into Wellbeing! We had a full and appreciative house, great prizes for the draw, and a diverse and colourful programme from Comedy to Contemporary Dance, to Classical music to Quirky Ballet! All for a good cause.

Our Autumn Term is now in full swing! We have the new, and proving to be popular, Wednesday evening class that is a mix of Lyrical Jazz and Contemporary Dance with a smattering of West End/Broadway material for you to indulge in with the motivational teacher Johanna Saarinen. Don't miss out! Trial one for free as an existing Ballet4life client.

Classical Ballet Repertory add -on class starts on 8.11.19 from 1.45- 2.30pm with Jo and with our Lead teacher Beatrice Ghezzi. We will have a mini-showing on 14 December after Int/Adv Ballet Class from 12.00-12.30pm. All Welcome. We encourage you to first attend the Ballet Class so you are warm and ready. If you cannot attend please arrive early and warm-up.

Sadly, due to low attendance and unsustainable financial strain, we have to drop Saturday Arts Ed Pointe, Monday Gentle Yoga and Stretch, Tuesday Barre Work out and Friday night Ballet Bite class at WLSD after our half term. We wholeheartedly thank those of you who were very supportive and who did attend regularly. We thank the wonderful teachers who gave brilliant tuition and support to our dancers. We hope to be able to reintroduce these classes in the near future! Please always help to share the news of our good work with your fellow dance lovers to ensure our extensive programme may remain active. #danceforall!

In November we will have a few open days so you can trial some new classes and invite friends/colleagues/family to come to see what we do!

Group Outings:
07.11.19 to hear Jazz with The Chiswick Calendar at George IVth pub in Chiswick.
04.12.19 - Matthew Bourne's Red Shoes at Sadler's Wells.

See you soon in the studio,
Donna

Because you asked for this! LOL! Donna Schoenherr - Founder of www.ballet4life.com® and of charity Move into Wellbeing®   Happy March 2021 all! The days are getting longer and Spring is not far off! Here we are nearly one year since the whole COVID-19 Pandemic hit our lives in London and also changed the world. This selfie below, I took the last day of our in-person classes on 19 March, 2020. I will never forget that day.    This past year, many of you have asked me to share more details about my life and my career. I am not someone who likes to blow one’s own horn , so I thought best to share a long version of my biography created for me but with my own satirical quips interspersed, and then just be open to conversations. I finally found and edited the long version of my CV/Biography. If you fancy a read (and maybe a giggle or two) please sit back with a cuppa or a glass of vino and enjoy. None of the names or facts have been changed and the craz...
